IR Technologist
Location: Patchogue, NY
Schedule: Tuesday-Friday, 7:30 AM-5:00 PM
Compensation: Up to $68/hr, based on experience
About the Role
A well-established oncology organization is seeking an experienced
IR Technologist to join its team in Port Jefferson. This is a great opportunity for an ARRT-registered technologist with hands-on IR or Cath Lab experience who wants a
consistent 4-day workweek and the opportunity to work with complex interventional procedures.

Responsibilities- Perform complex IR procedures and fluoroscopy, including 3D spin, VR, and subtraction.
- Provide patient care while maintaining radiation and procedural safety.
- Prepare sterile trays and maintain IR equipment and supplies.
- Work closely with IR physicians, Recovery, CT, Ultrasound, and other clinical teams.
- Support daily procedural workflow and add-on cases.
- Troubleshoot equipment and maintain infection-control standards.
Requirements- ARRT registered and in good standing
- 1+ year of IR or Cath Lab experience required
- BLS certification
- Experience with fluoroscopy
- Advanced registry in IR, CT, or MRI preferred
- RIS, PACS, and EMR experience preferred
