In Room Dining Attendant The In-Room Dining Attendant at Embassy Suites Louisville East is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service to guest in their suites. this role ensures prompt, Courteous and professional service while maintaining Hiltons Standards for cleanliness and guest satisfaction.  Key Responsibilities Deliver food and beverages to guest suites in a timely, accurate, and professional manner. Verify orders for accuracy before deliveryset up trays or tables in guest rooms according to Hilton brand standards. Provide friendly and personalized service collect payment and process transactions, when applicable remove used trays, dishes and carts for guest room and hallways. maintain cleanliness and organization of the in-room dining service area and equipment Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulationscoordinate with kitchen, front desk and other hotel department to ensure efficient service respond to guest request and resolve service issues promptly and professionally assist with banquet or restaurant operations as needed. assist with banquet or restaurant operations as needed.Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent previous food service and communication skillsability to work efficiently in a fast -paced environment ability to lift and carry trays weighing up to 30-50lbs flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidaysBasic math and cash -handling skills Preferred skills Strong commitment to guest satisfaction professional appearance and positive attitude teamwork and collaboration time management and organizational skills Knowledge of food and beverage service standards Ability to multitask and solve problems quickly Physical Requirements Stand and walk for extended periods Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50lbs Bend, Reach, and move through the hotel during shifts This role supports Embassy Suites by Hilton's commitment to delivering outstanding hospitality by ensuring guest receive prompt, courteous, and high quality In Room Dining service.
