IREG Tester

Position: IREG Tester (Part Time & No Experience Necessary)

Location: Harrisburg, Pennsylvania

Reporting to: Director, Roaming & Wholesale

Role:

• The IREG tester works as part of the Roaming & Wholesale team, which is responsible for establishing, launching, and managing Limitless Mobile’s roaming and wholesale relationships with wireless carriers globally as well as supporting the related billing and revenue assurance processes.

• This role is an ideal entry level position to build a career in telecommunications. Training provided internally.

Tasks/Responsibilities:

• Roaming Hub provisioning
• Testing GSM,GPRS,CAMEL,LTE services in roaming
• Troubleshooting of failed GSM/CAMEL scenarios
• Troubleshooting of failed GPRS/LTE scenarios
• MVNE testing and troubleshooting
• Communication with mobile networks worldwide for technical issues resolving.
• IREG testing (IR24/35/60/48/38 etc)
• TADIG testing (TAP flow and TAP files validation)
• Managing Roaming & Wholesale Partners
  • Administering roaming contacts, contracts, test SIM cards and other relevant roaming documentation, including internal reporting and sales tools.
  • Assisting in daily monitoring and validation of TAP and supporting data and financial clearing activities as well as billing and revenue assurance processes.
  • Conducting regular roaming quality tests and supporting other departments with roaming related troubleshooting as required.

Working Conditions

• Work week 20 hours: Monday & Tuesday 9am - 5pm and Wednesday 9am - 1pm
