Hi-Tech General Foreman | Industrial & Mission Critical Construction

We’re looking for an experienced Hi-Tech General Foreman to lead field operations on large-scale industrial and mission critical construction projects. This role is built for someone who can manage crews, coordinate production, solve problems quickly, and keep projects moving safely and efficiently in fast-paced environments.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead daily field operations and crew activities according to project schedules and specifications
• Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment with project management and superintendents
• Manage production, workforce planning, and daily field execution across multiple scopes
• Maintain daily reporting for manpower, equipment, delays, and change orders
• Support weekly scheduling and sequencing of work activities
• Ensure crews maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards
• Oversee proper operation and maintenance of construction equipment
• Conduct operations in compliance with OSHA, MSHA, company, and site safety requirements
• Communicate project expectations, schedules, and safety concerns to foremen and field crews
• Attend customer and project coordination meetings and provide project updates
• Support customer communication regarding safety, quality, and project progress

What You Bring

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in ironworking, millwright, or industrial construction environments
• Experience leading multiple crews and managing large field operations
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and field coordination
• OSHA 30 certification
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to make decisions quickly and manage changing jobsite priorities
• Experience with construction software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced project environments
• NCCER Foreman Certification required or ability to complete successfully

Physical & Work Environment

• Active industrial construction sites with exposure to weather, heights, noise, dust, and heavy equipment
• Ability to walk large jobsites and climb multiple levels throughout the workday
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work extended hours when project demands require
• Flexible schedule including overtime, weekends, or nights as needed
