Foreman | Area & Scope Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Foreman II to lead multiple crews and manage defined scopes of work on active construction projects. This role is ideal for someone who can balance manpower, scheduling, production, and communication while keeping projects moving safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage daily execution across assigned work areas and scopes
  • Supervise multiple crews and coordinate manpower between tasks
  • Forecast labor, equipment, and material needs
  • Conduct client walkdowns and support field coordination meetings
  • Track production, schedules, and field progress
  • Mentor Foreman I team members in leadership and reporting responsibilities
  • Support General Foremen and project leadership with schedule execution

What You Bring

  • 3-5 years of field supervision experience in construction, ironwork, or millwright trades
  • Strong understanding of construction scheduling and field coordination
  • Ability to manage multiple crews and shifting priorities
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • OSHA 30 required
  • NCCER Foreman Certification preferred

Scope of Leadership

  • Lead 2-3 crews totaling approximately 12-25 workers
  • Moderate client interaction and participation in project coordination meetings

Physical & Work Environment

  • Active construction site environment with outdoor exposure
  • Ability to walk large jobsites and support crews throughout the workday
  • Exposure to noise, dust, equipment, and changing project conditions
