Location: Mobile, AL (Travel Required as Needed)

We are currently seeking an experienced Iron Worker / Structural Welder for a long-term position based in Mobile, AL. This role offers steady work with a reputable company, with travel required when needed for various projects.
Job Responsibilities:
• Perform structural welding on steel and iron components • Erect, align, and secure structural steel • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols • Perform layout, fitting, and fabrication as required • Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently • Follow all safety regulations and job-site procedures
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Iron Worker and/or Structural Welder • Ability to read blueprints and structural drawings • Experience with common welding processes (MIG, FCAW, Stick) • Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor environments • Willingness to travel when project needs require • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
