Customer satisfaction is key, ensuring quality and care as general contractors.How You’ll ContributeAs an Irrigation Technician, you’ll help protect Northern Nevada landscapes through smarter water management—keeping residential and HOA systems efficient, safe, and reliable.Key responsibilities- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair irrigation systems (sprinklers, drip, valves, controllers, pressure regulation)- Restore proper zone operation and optimize performance to reduce waste- Document findings and communicate repair needs clearly- Work independently in the field with minimal supervisionRequired qualifications/skills- 1–3+ years of irrigation maintenance or landscape technician experience preferred- Strong diagnostic skills and efficient repair execution- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation- Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor all dayReady to make a difference with purpose-driven work in Reno–Sparks? You’ll move from neighborhood homes to HOA properties, checking how each system is performing and spotting small issues before they become big ones. Between visits, you’ll adjust for changing weather and water needs, keeping efficiency top of mind.
