    Description

    We are looking to add an Irrigation Worker to our team. This person will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing irrigation systems to ensure proper water distribution for our customers’ properties.

    The ideal candidate will have previous experience with irrigation systems, be dependable, work well with others, and contribute positively to our organization.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform routine maintenance – Tasks include inspecting sprinkler systems, repairing leaks, replacing broken sprinkler heads, adjusting timers, and ensuring proper system operation.
    • Install irrigation systems – Assist with the installation of pipes, valves, sprinkler heads, and control systems according to project specifications.
    • Conduct system diagnostics – Identify issues such as water pressure problems, electrical malfunctions, or damaged components and provide effective solutions.
    • Manage paperwork – Maintain accurate records of services performed, materials used, and customer information.
    • Maintain cleanliness – Keep work areas clean and safe to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety.

    Requirements:

    ● High School Diploma or GED

    ● Previous irrigation or landscaping experience preferred

    ● 1+ years of field or labor experience (irrigation experience a plus)

    ● Knowledge of irrigation tools, systems, and basic plumbing concepts

    ● Willingness to participate in in-house training

    ● Ability to operate hand and power tools

    ● Strong problem-solving skills

    ● Excellent communication and teamwork skills
