Description

The ERP Applications Analyst exercises full use and application of standard principles, theories, and concepts related to and provides solutions to a variety of moderately complex business and technical problems. Also manages small projects, establish and implement new or revised systems requirements or procedures. Analyzes user requirements, develop and implement systems for moderately complex processes; and initiate corrective action to stay on schedule.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, Commerce, or Combination of education and relevant experience (at least 3 years of functional experience).

3 years Application design, implementation and/or maintenance of one or more of the following large scale Enterprise Resource Planning systems - Oracle Cloudsuite, Oracle EBS/EPM (Hyperion, etc.) Applications, PeopleSoft, Workday.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's Degree Information Services, Business Administration, Accounting, Commerce, CPA, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, HCM.

Upon hire: Certified in Production and Inventory Management, Certified Public Accountant, Human Resources Global Professional, or Project Management Professional

upon hire: Oracle Certified Professional (for relevant FIN, SC, HCM applications)

1 year Experience with implementation or support of Oracle Cloud Suite (HCM, Payroll, Supply Chain and/or Finance) is highly desired.

2 years Experience with large scale business transformation and ERP system implementation projects with scope spanning multiple regions and/or geographies and business process areas.

Key experience highlights include: Demonstrated ability to successfully execute small projects; methodologies related to application management such as system deployment, support, and life cycle; experience in process improvement methodology, change management, operational improvement in complex systems. Suggestion: preference around T&A, scheduling, payroll in healthcare environment.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
