Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex technology and business initiatives from planning through implementation.

• Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and governance.

• Lead cross-functional teams across 30–60 product areas.

• Partner with business and technology stakeholders and provide executive-level communication.

• Drive business readiness, operational transition, training, and implementation.

• Influence stakeholders, resolve issues, and ensure accountability for outcomes.

• Apply Agile, Waterfall, and other project management methodologies.

Required

• Bachelor's degree.

• 7+ years of project management experience.

• Experience delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.

• Ability to lead as a Program Manager while grounded in Project Management discipline.

• Outstanding soft skills and communication are critical.

Preferred

• Healthcare/health insurance experience.

• Monday.com, Planview, or Oracle ERP Resource & Financial experience.

• Open Enrollment (OEP/AEP) readiness planning.

• Commercial and Government health insurance product implementation experience.
