Job Description: This position is responsible for professional level planning and coordinating large scale projects with minimal supervision and in compliance with EN procedures and standard processes. Maintains detailed documentation in an organized manner and provides periodic status updates as defined. Maintains a broad knowledge base of new developments and technology. Monitors processes and projects and recommends changes to improve operating efficiency. Establishes priorities within projects and maintains a general knowledge of all aspects of the projects within responsible scope. Directs the activities of the project teams. Manages project budgets. Coordinates with other project and line managers.
Principal Accountabilities: Acts as technical expert in one or more highly specialized areas of applications systems analysis and programming. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written or modified. Has full technical knowledge of all phases of applications systems analysis and programming.Determine solutions for process failure and /or integrity issues. Interface with other application analysts as needed to resolve programming or data problems. Design, code, test, and debug programs/ applications of varying complexity. Coordinate the implementation of application changes into designated areas with customers and peers, ensuring changes and/or customizations to program / application objects and processes are clearly identified and packaged for migration and documented in adherence to standards.

Analytical skills in identifying issues and problems, securing relevant information, and identifying alternative courses of action. Ability to exercise sound judgment weighing alternative courses of action and making decisions that are based on factual information and rational assumptions, taking organizational resources and goals into consideration. Demonstrated ability in communicating, planning and organization skills. Ability to establish goals, set priorities and maintain an awareness of interrelationships among activities.
Required Education and Experience: Requires a High School diploma / GED and an Associates degree from an accredited college or university in a technology or business discipline and 1-5 years of progressively increasing responsibility in a professional environment, which includes at least 2 years of project management/program oversight experience AND at least 1 year of budget management AND 1 year in a technical position OR an Associates degree from an accredited college or university and 10 years of progressively increasing responsibility in a professional environment, which includes at least 2 years of project management/program oversight experience AND at least 2 years of budget management AND 2 years in a technical position OR in lieu of degree, 12 years of progressively increasing responsibility in a professional environment, which includes at least 3 years of project management/program oversight experience AND at least 3 years of budget management AND 2 years in a technical position A high school diploma or GED is required.
