IS Systems Support Level 2

Harrison County Hospital has an opening for an IS Systems Support Level 2, ON-SITE.The IS Systems Support Level 2 position is responsible for the upkeep, maintenance, and day to day operations of desktop computer systems at Harrison County Hospital.RESPONSIBILITIES:Perform first and second level technical support to end users.Provide technical support for a wide range of technology needs including phones, printers, workstations, and network equipment.Create and maintain up to date deployment images.Basic administration of a hybrid environment with Active Directory and Azure AD.Lead projects related to desktop environment.Maintain asset inventory for all IT assets.Participates in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support.Create and maintain documentation for current and new processes.SKILLS:Demonstrates proactive and solution-oriented problem-solving skills.Determine process improvements, best practices, and develop new processes.Self-motived with an attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.Must be able to deal with confidential data.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:Associate's degree - IT related field. (Preferred)Minimum of 2 years of relevant IT experience (Required)High School Diploma or GED.
