Job Summary
This role is responsible for leading front-of-house restaurant operations by creating a positive, customer-focused environment that drives exceptional service and sales. The position oversees team recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management while ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and budget requirements. The role also focuses on employee development, operational excellence, and maintaining a clean, safe, and engaging dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the front-of-house restaurant team.
Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing employees.
Implement and oversee training and development programs.
Monitor employee performance and encourage career growth.
Manage restaurant expenses and ensure budget compliance.
Foster strong communication with restaurant, regional, and corporate teams.
Ensure consistent execution of company policies and procedures.
Maintain food safety, workplace safety, and cleanliness standards.
Create a welcoming and professional environment for guests and staff.
Support daily restaurant operations to achieve service and sales goals.
Required Qualifications
Experience leading or supervising restaurant/front-of-house operations.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
Experience in recruiting and training employees.
Ability to manage budgets and operational expenses.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts based on business needs.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical duties, including standing, bending, and kneeling.
Ability to safely operate restaurant equipment and tools.
