Ability to work independently. Strong organization and communication skills (written and oral).
This individual plans, writes, illustrates, and releases assigned documents (following the published standards) working with Technical Writers, Design Engineers and Service Engineers.

Quals--
Skills:
" An associate's degree in English, Technical Writing, Journalism or Engineering.
" A minimum of four years' experience as a technical writer.
" Good verbal and written communication skills.

This position is remote, however, candidates should be located within driving distance of North Canton. They may need to utilize the lab on occasion for documenting product or software.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS (Describe The non-mandatory, but preferable skills.)
" Background or training in Electronics or Electromechanical Technology.
" Experience in using Arbortext XML editor is a plus but not required.
" Experience in using ST4 editor is a plus but not required.
" Working knowledge in using Visio, Isodraw, CorelDraw, and Photoshop is a plus but not required.
