ISO MANAGER
Introduction
Craft is recruiting on behalf of a fast-scaling specialty finance platform seeking an ISO Manager to build and grow broker/ISO channel performance. This role is designed for a true relationship-builder and producer who can expand partner networks and drive funded volume with quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Source, onboard, and expand high-quality ISO/broker relationships.
- Build repeatable partner engagement cadence and communication rhythm.
- Drive funded volume while maintaining submission quality standards.
- Partner with underwriting and operations to optimize speed-to-fund.
- Track partner performance and manage toward profitable growth.
- Reactivate dormant partners and deepen top-producer relationships.
What We're Looking For
Experience
- 3+ years in ISO/broker relationship management, business development, or channel sales in MCA/specialty finance.
Skills
- Strong relationship development and channel communication skills.
- Production-minded pipeline management and execution discipline.
- High urgency, ownership, and follow-through.
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
Location
- Remote role with ability to travel to New York on occasion.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary of $100K - $150K DOE with OTE of $200K to $300K
