ISP Project Manager - Telecommunications
Reports To: Director of ISP
Salary Rate: $120K-$140K
Position Summary
The ISP Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of ISP operations supporting federal and commercial telecommunications services. This role oversees network deployment, fiber infrastructure, copper infrastructure, service delivery, field operations, subcontractor management, compliance, and customer support activities. The ISP Manager ensures operational excellence, network reliability, customer satisfaction, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards while leading technicians, splicers, and support personnel.
