By strengthening the data warehouse, reporting tools, and data quality practices, this role enables leaders and stakeholders to access accurate information when they need it.

What You’ll Do

• Support the consolidation of Member Operations data sources into a centralized data warehouse that improves access, consistency, and usability.
• Collaborate with business and technical partners to turn data needs into practical warehouse designs, reporting solutions, and technology road maps.
• Maintain data architecture, schemas, data models, data dictionaries, and ETL processes that support accuracy, integrity, and scalability.
• Improve data quality by streamlining data flow, validating information, and reducing outdated, unused, or duplicate records.
• Develop dashboards, reports, trend analyses, and visualizations that help leaders monitor performance and make informed decisions.
• Serve as a liaison between Member Operations divisions and enterprise IT to support existing systems, databases, SharePoint sites, and new technology needs.
•  Contribute to projects, compliance requirements, and process improvements by delivering timely, reliable data solutions aligned with business priorities.

Experience:

    Required

• 2 -3 years data warehouse maintenance experience to include design, ETL, and automated processes
• Experience maintaining large, complex, and raw data sets in databases
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to balance priorities from multiple initiatives 

    Preferred

• Financial services industry and IT servicing and origination systems experience 
• Experience with data processing and enterprise software applications 

Skills & Knowledge:

    Required

• Intermediate SQL and database administration skills

• Statistical intuition, application, and knowledge of various analytical approaches

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and balance priorities from multiple initiatives

• Data display skills and working knowledge of Crystal Reports/SSRS/PowerBI/Tableau or similar applications

• Demonstrated ability to translate large volumes of data into insights

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Products including Access, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint

• Strong analytical, technical and conceptual skills with attention to detail

• Results oriented with a strong focus on the customer (both internal & external)

• Effective time management and prioritization skills

• Strong service orientation to align needed support to the desired business outcome

• Extensive knowledge of data processing and enterprise software applications.

Preferred

• Excellent SQL and database administration skills

Education:

    Required

• High school education or equivalent

    Preferred 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, related field of study OR equivalent relevant work experience and knowledge 

Licenses & Certifications:

Preferred

• Certifications in database management and administration

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:30 pm

Compensation Details: 

Paygrade: 2BC

The expected pay range for this position is $78,416.00 – $82,831.50 annually/hourly.

Job Location: This position is onsite based in San Antonio, TX
