| Scope of the project: The South carolina department of administration division of enterprise applications is seeking an experienced scrum master to guide daily activities. As a Scrum master, you will facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within our organization, ensuring the team can work collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality solutions. This position is responsible for removing impediments and facilitating Scrum ceremonies to include daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement and sprint retrospectives. You will work closely with the product owners, stakeholders, and product development teams to ensure that the work progresses on schedule, within budget, and to the desired level of quality. Additionally, you will serve as a coach and mentor to our team helping to foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring that the team is meeting its objectives consistently. | |
