Responsibilities:

Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance to optimize efficiency.
Document IT processes and create user manuals for staff training.
Collaborate with vendors for procurement and support of IT solutions.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
2+ years of experience in IT administration or support roles.
Strong knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, and security measures.
Proficient in Windows and Linux operating systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills to effectively assist users.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified) are a plus.
