We are looking for people that bring excitement and energy to our organization, are curious and eager to learn, and want to help drive our programs forward.Scout Space is seeking a skilled IT Manager to establish and manage our internal IT infrastructure as we transition from managed services to in-house IT support. This role will be instrumental in maintaining our IT infrastructure and keeping it compliant with current Federal Government regulations. The IT Administrator will also play a key role in expanding our IT efforts as Scout grows as a company. Local candidates are preferred.Responsibilities:Establish and manage internal IT operations, creating documentation and procedures for all IT processesProvide first-line IT support for employees, triaging hardware, software, and network issuesImplement and maintain IT security controls in alignment with NIST and CMMC standardsAdminister and maintain company hardware, networks, and cloud infrastructureProvide occasional cyber security trainings to team membersManage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across company systemsSupport the management of relationships with technology vendors and service providersParticipate in CMMC preparation and certification activitiesRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field OR in lieu of a degree 4+ additional years of experience.3+ years of experience in IT administration and supportExperience with CMMC and other similar compliance frameworks (NIST 800-171, ISO27001)Strong knowledge of network infrastructure and security principlesProficiency in managing AWS cloud servicesExperience with Microsoft Azure/GCC High environmentUnderstanding of IT security frameworks and compliance requirementsExceptional troubleshooting and problem solving skillsMust be eligible to hold a security clearancePreferred Qualifications:Certified CMMC Professional certificationFamiliarity with government contracting IT requirementsExperience building in-house IT supportITIL certification or knowledge of ITIL frameworksBenefits:Open Time OffPaid Parental LeaveMedical, Dental, Vision Insurance401k MatchingHealth Savings Account, Flexible Spending Accounts, Dependent Care FSAWellness StipendWork From Home StipendLife InsuranceLong-term Disability plansCommuter BenefitEducation ReimbursementDont fulfill all the qualifications listed above?
