The Information Technology (IT) Agile Project Manager II leads medium-scale, moderately complex IT projects with minimal oversight in an increasingly Agile environment.

In this role, the IT Agile Project Manager II is accountable for end-to-end delivery management-including planning, forecasting, risk and issue management, stakeholder communication, and delivery outcomes. They apply Agile principles pragmatically, leveraging Agile events, practices, and mindsets to manage scope, quality, and timelines.

The role will require managing projects across Agile teams in IT, occasional non-Agile teams in IT, and/or business teams with varying degrees of Agile familiarity. Within this context, the successful candidate will produce project-appropriate monitoring, conduct corrective action as necessary, communicate project status information to all stakeholders, perform risk management, issue resolution and conflict management, and ensure full alignment on project scope and quality.

They are accountable for ensuring that project information and summaries are provided for portfolio level reporting and metrics.

This role operates with significant autonomy, regularly collaborates across IT and business units, and contributes to the maturation of Agile practices across the organization.

This can be a fully remote role (pending country rules regarding remote work) that can be located anywhere that TNC is registered to work with strong preference to Central, North, and South America. These include the following countries: Latin America (Argentina, Belize, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Guatemala, Mexico, Peru); North America (Canada- Only Alberta, Ontario and Northwest Territories, United States)

RESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPE
  • Manage Agile and hybrid IT projects from initiation through closeout
  • Establish and maintain integrated project plans, roadmaps, schedules, and forecasts
  • Coordinate with IT teams via Agile events, Jira boards, and project artifacts to ensure effective team execution and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with business sponsors, IT team members, IT team leads, and IT and business leadership to continually align scope, priorities, dependencies, and schedule commitments
  • Proactively identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, and schedule tradeoffs, tracking them to give visibility to teams and stakeholders
  • Provide clear, concise status reporting and recommendations to stakeholders and leaders
  • Coordinate delivery across multiple IT teams, vendors, and business partners
  • Ensure compliance with TNC IT standards, governance checkpoints, and delivery frameworks
  • Support release planning, change management, and adoption readiness
  • Contribute to Agile, project management, and portfolio process improvements
  • Partner with the Agile Center of Excellence to identify opportunities for growing agility in project management methods, in line with organizational needs

  • Agile or project management certification (CSM®, PMIACP®, PMP®,' or equivalent)
  • Experience managing the delivery of SaaS, COTS, or enterprise IT solutions
  • Experience of operating in a large, decentralized, or global organization
  • Ability to guide teams toward improved Agile maturity and management disciplines
  • Experience managing budgets, estimates, forecasts, or vendor deliverables
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Multi-lingual skills and multi-cultural or cross-cultural experience appreciated
