IT - AML Business Systems Analyst III

Location: London, ON/Hybrid
Duration: 12 months with possible contract to hire/ with possible extension


Description:
Scope of Project: Government regulatory and discretionary, release management projects (AML)
Team Size/Culture: 12 people
Selling Points of Position (CVP): Impactful work, great work culture, opportunity for long-term and to network as there is a lot of interaction with all business units
Degree/Level of Education: Post secondary is an asset
Certifications Required: Any technical certifications are an asset
Years of Overall Experience: 5+ years of experience
How will performance be measured: deliverables and timelines

Must-Have Hard Skills:
5+ years of BSA experience
Agile/Scrum experience
Jira and Confluence experience
Strong understanding system design documents and architectural blueprints

Soft Skills:
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Self-motivated, well organized, able to work both independently and in a team environment
Attention to detail and someone who is a self-starter and adaptable

Nice-To-Have
Any technical certifications
AML or regulatory experience
Banking or financial institution experience
