Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain the company's technology systems, including hardware, software, and networks.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Familiarity with security protocols and data protection.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with real estate technology systems is a plus.
