Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Analyst to join our growing team. The IT Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing technology solutions to enhance our business operations and support our company's growth. This is a full-time position with the opportunity for growth and advancement within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis to identify technology solutions that will improve business processes and operations
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their technology needs and provide recommendations for improvement
- Design and implement technology solutions, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide ongoing support to end-users
- Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of company data and systems
- Monitor and maintain system performance, including backups, updates, and upgrades
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and make recommendations for their implementation
- Train and educate employees on new technology solutions and processes
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts for IT services and products
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain data security standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Experience with database management and SQL
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
