IT Analyst/Programmer II (100% Onsite - Local Candidates Only)

The Phoenix Fire Department is seeking an IT Analyst/Programmer II to support and develop mission-critical business applications for the department and its regional agency partners. This role is responsible for application development, system administration, automation, data integration, cloud application support, and user support utilizing technologies such as Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Azure, SQL Server, PowerShell, and Python.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power Pages.
• Support cloud-based applications and mission-critical systems.
• Design and maintain integrations with SQL Server, SharePoint, and APIs.
• Create reports, ETL processes, and automated jobs using T-SQL, SSRS, PowerShell, and Python.
• Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, documentation, and end-user training.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement business solutions and improve processes.
• Participate in on-call support for critical application incidents.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Business Analysis and documentation experience.
• 2+ years of Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint development experience.
• 2+ years of cloud application support experience.
• 1+ year of Microsoft SQL Server database experience.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and process improvement skills.
