Must-Have Requirements:
- Bachelor’s + 2 years relevant experience, OR Associate’s + 4 years, OR High School/GED + 6 years.
- Experience supporting IT systems/applications in a manufacturing or OT environment.
- Experience with Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) applications/systems.
- Experience with machine/application operating systems, installation, configuration, maintenance, and integration testing.
- Experience troubleshooting machine-integrated applications and user-reported IT issues.
- Experience with system integration, monitoring, maintenance, configuration, data extraction/retention.
- Understanding of OT environments, manufacturing equipment, and network/security infrastructure.
- Ability to document changes to quality-relevant/validated systems according to validation procedures.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, organization, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% globally.
