Pay Rate: $51.14/hour-$69.39/hour
Work Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field, OR HS Diploma/GED (minimum) with equivalent proven practical experience through relevant work, internships, bootcamps, or self-directed learning.
Role Overview
We are seeking a mid-to-senior level IT App Developer III to design, build, and support scalable enterprise applications and services. This role focuses on backend development, cloud integration, automation, and modern DevOps practices.
The developer will collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and data teams to build APIs, internal tools, and integrations that support enterprise operations. The role also supports emerging initiatives involving AI-enabled automation and workflow enhancement.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications and backend services
• Build and support RESTful APIs and microservices
• Develop cloud-native solutions and integrations
• Implement automation to streamline workflows and operational processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, data, infrastructure)
• Participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, and code reviews
• Ensure performance, scalability, security, and reliability standards
• Support integration of AI-enabled tools and services into application ecosystems
Experience & Skills
• 5–7+ years in software or application development roles
• Strong proficiency in Java, Python, C#, or similar languages
• Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture
• Hands-on cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong SQL and/or NoSQL database experience
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git version control
• Knowledge of DevOps and automation practices
• Understanding of application security and secure coding principles
• Exposure to AI/ML tools or AI-assisted workflows preferred
