    Description

SC Data Center, Inc. is a rapidly evolving technology company supporting Colony Brands, Inc., one of North America’s largest multi-channel direct-marketing companies. With roots dating back to 1926, we combine long-standing stability with a strong focus on innovation, collaboration, and community support.

We are seeking an Applications Support Technician to support third-party software applications that power our warehouse, fulfillment, supply chain, and logistics operations. In this role, you will work in a collaborative, Agile environment to troubleshoot issues, support end users, and ensure system reliability. You will serve as a key liaison between operations, IT, and external vendors—investigating incidents, resolving issues, and contributing to system improvements. Responsibilities also include supporting system testing, upgrades, and performance optimization. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), and logistics platforms: such as Infios (HighJump), e2open (BluJay/Kewill), Datex, or Acumatica is highly valued. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys solving complex business and technical problems. Successful candidates are naturally curious and enjoy tracing issues across multiple applications, databases, integrations, and business processes to determine root cause. They are comfortable working directly with warehouse operations, business users, vendors, and technical teams to identify solutions and improve processes.

    Preferred Experience:
    Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
    Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
System integrations, APIs, EDI, or data interfaces
Application support in a multi-system enterprise environment
    SQL querying and data analysis
Supply chain, fulfillment, logistics, or distribution operations
    Vendor relationship management
Business process analysis and requirements gathering
Technical Detective – An individual who enjoys researching issues, following data through multiple systems, analyzing logs and transactions, interviewing stakeholders, and determining the true root cause of business and technical problems.

This is an on-site role in Monroe, WI (Monday–Friday), with up to 15 work-from-home days per year and may include occasional after-hours or on-call support.
