Key Responsibilities:- Providing technical leadership on highly complex technology, data, automation, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and enterprise application initiatives.
- Serving as a subject matter expert and technical thought leader responsible for defining system scope, objectives, architecture, and solution design for software applications, intelligent automation, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled business capabilities.
- Designing, developing, and implementing scalable solutions including enterprise applications, automation workflows, machine learning models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, generative AI solutions, intelligent agents, and data-driven decision support systems.
- Evaluating emerging technologies and recommending innovative approaches that improve operational efficiency, business outcomes, and user experience while ensuring scalability, security, governance, and maintainability.
- Leading the analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of complex applications and AI-driven solutions.
- Preparing detailed functional and technical specifications, solution architectures, data models, and implementation roadmaps.
- Responsible for program design, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and quality assurance while maintaining expert knowledge of software engineering, cloud platforms, data engineering, AI/ML technologies, large language models (LLMs), vector databases, semantic search, and intelligent automation frameworks.
- Managing multiple concurrent initiatives, providing technical guidance and mentorship to other technical resources, establishing best practices, conducting architecture and quality reviews, and driving adoption of innovative technologies that support enterprise transformation and business objectives.
Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Proven expertise in designing and deploying AI solutions, including AI agents and scalable architectures.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, data engineering, and enterprise integration.
- Experience with AI governance, model evaluation, and MLOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead complex projects.
- 3+ years of professional experience in AI architecture, systems design, or related roles.
- Hands-on experience with large language models, retrieval systems, and automation technologies.
