Currently, we are searching for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect to fulfill an immediate full-time vacancy.




This position is a Full-Time, Direct Hire opportunity based in Birmingham, AL. Hybrid local candidates are preferred, but open to considering remote candidates with exceptional experience.



Day to Day Responsibilities:
  • Lead the solution architecture and technical design of enterprise Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM initiatives while ensuring scalable, maintainable, and best-practice solutions.
  • Partner with business stakeholders, Product Owners, developers, and enterprise architects to translate business objectives into technical solutions that integrate seamlessly across enterprise systems.
  • Drive key enterprise initiatives including CRM modernization, customer engagement platforms, digital transformation efforts, and enterprise integration projects.
  • Provide architectural leadership and technical guidance to the CRM development team, including design reviews, mentoring, troubleshooting, and occasional hands-on development (approximately 10–20%).
  • Define architecture standards, integration strategies, and technical roadmaps while promoting reusable solutions over highly customized implementations.
  • Evaluate existing CRM solutions and recommend improvements that enhance scalability, performance, reliability, and long-term maintainability.
Position Requirements:
  • 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and 2+ years serving in a Solution Architect or Technical Architect capacity.
  • Deep expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, Customer Insights Journeys (CIJ), and the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
  • Proven experience designing enterprise CRM solutions, architecting integrations, and delivering scalable platforms across complex business environments.
  • Strong understanding of Dataverse, APIs, enterprise integrations, solution lifecycle management, and modern architecture best practices.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional technical teams and providing technical leadership to developers throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Field Service, Azure services, and enterprise application integrations is highly preferred.
