IT Asset Analyst

Job Title: IT Asset Analyst

Responsibilities
• Support accurate budget administration, invoice processing, procurement, analysis, and reporting to enable efficient IT operations and strategic decision-making.
• Manage day-to-day invoice processing, PO request fulfillment, analysis, and reporting.
• Provide administrative support for budget and finance processes.
• Handle operational expense procurement, including IT hardware/software.
• Participate in collaboration and status meetings, performing other administrative requirements as needed.
• Conduct research and analysis for RFP preparation, budgeting, and computational tasks using tools like Co-pilot and pre-existing knowledge articles.
• Manage workload independently in a fast-paced environment, addressing deadlines with minimal guidance.

Requirements
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance or telecom industries.
• Proficiency with SAP VIM, Excel, Ariba Procurement & Guided Buying, and ServiceNow request and ticket management.
• Ability to research and learn processes independently within short deadlines.
• Experience managing large budget data sets and invoice management.
• Willingness to research and learn new processes quickly.
• Virtual or side-by-side training with existing staff, including system access and introduction meetings (training duration: 3-5 days).
