Overview:
The IT Asset Analyst is responsible for assisting with all aspects of IT Asset Management including post procurement logistics, warehousing, monitoring and reporting inventory, and disposition of assets.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inventory, and warehouse incoming equipment
- Pick, pack, and ship stock to fulfill IT equipment requisitions
- Process, document, and pack returned equipment for disposal
- Prepare IT equipment for deployment
- Pre-deployment of IT equipment using imaging deployment software
- Monitor inventory and conduct cycle counts
- Assist as needed in the ITAM lifecycle tracking
- Maintains confidentiality, integrity, and availability of ARH information
- Complies with applicable internal and external policies, standards, laws, and regulations related to ARH information
- Performs other related duties, tasks, and responsibilities as required or assigned
Qualifications:
Education
- High School diploma or equivalent. An associate’s degree is preferred.
- Equivalent experience and education may be considered
- Certifications in relevant technologies may be substituted for an associates degree
Minimum Work Experience
- 5+ years of general work experience
- 2 years+ years of experience in a warehouse house/supply chain role is a plus
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical team members
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Willing and able to work as part of a collaborative team
- Knowledge of warehouse procedures.
- knowledge and understanding of basic IT equipment and its function
- Ability to take the initiative and complete assignments, after the initial direction, to completion
