Manage day-to-day IT asset activities, including acquisitions, transfers, repairs, replacements, and asset disposition.
Maintain and update asset-related records and tracking information on a recurring basis.
Monitor asset lifecycle information and prepare regular reports on inventory, status, and related metrics.
Conduct periodic inventory reviews and reconciliations and provide reporting to management.
Maintain and update asset management procedures, documentation, and supporting materials as needed.
Participate in technology-related projects, including gathering requirements, reviewing and standardizing data, testing, workflow configuration, implementation, and transition to ongoing operations.
Coordinate recurring team meetings, including scheduling, agendas, and meeting logistics.
Prepare and maintain meeting notes and related documentation.
Maintain and update team guidelines, procedures, and supporting documentation as needed.
