IT Asset Management Intern

Attention current Bachelor's students who love tackling new challenges. Clean Harbors is looking for an IT Asset Management Intern to sit in our Norwell, MA office. The IT Asset Management Intern is responsible for working in the IT Asset Management department. This intern will also be responsible for various MIS related tasks & projects.

• Will assist in maintaining accurate inventory of new & used computer equipment in our Norwell stockroom.
• Work with IT Asset Manager on ensuring our stock levels are maintained.
• Imaging & configuring computers for use across the company using Dell imaging tools.
• Managing assigned tickets in ServiceNow.
• Assisting with intake of returned computer assets by checking them into ServiceNow & assessing viability for repurposing or retirement.
• Decommissioning computers marked for retirement.
• Collaborates with IT Asset Management & PC Hardware teams.
• Performs other duties as assigned
