Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Depot Provisioning
Roles & Responsibilities
Experience in IT Asset Management and Depot Operations.
Knowledge of ServiceNow ITAM/ITSM modules.
Experience with Windows and macOS provisioning.
Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, SCCM, and Mobile Device Management tools.
Understanding of logistics and shipping processes.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Generic Managerial Skills
ITIL Foundation certification.
ServiceNow IT Asset Management certification (preferred).
2-5 years of experience in device provisioning and depot operations.
