LOCATION: Fort Worth, TX | 100% Onsite

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• Pay: $28hr 
• Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-Time
• 8AM-5PM
• Duration: November 1, 2026 – September 30, 2027
• Potential for contract extension

ROLE IMPACT

The IT Asset Management Support Technician will support a large-scale computer refresh program by maintaining accurate hardware inventory, tracking equipment assignments, updating asset management systems, and preparing reports. This position combines IT hardware knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and administrative support to ensure technology assets are properly documented, tracked, and managed.

KEY DUTIES

• Maintain and update IT asset records, including device names, assigned users, departments, and locations
• Track and reconcile inventory for laptops, monitors, docking stations, and other computer equipment
• Update asset information using Asset Panda and IT service management systems
• Perform high-volume data entry while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets using pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and conditional formatting
• Generate, update, and maintain inventory and asset management reports
• Assist with hardware documentation, inventory reviews, and procurement tracking
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding equipment assignments and computer refresh activities
• Maintain confidentiality and follow information security procedures
• Provide general administrative and project support as needed

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 1–3 years of experience in IT asset management, inventory control, IT support, or a related administrative role
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formatting, and conditional formatting
• Working knowledge of computer hardware, including laptops, monitors, and docking stations
• Experience tracking inventory and maintaining accurate records
• Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to generate reports using inventory or asset management systems
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to follow established procedures and work independently
• Must be available to work onsite five days per week

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with Asset Panda or similar asset management software
• Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) or ticketing systems
• Experience supporting computer refresh or hardware deployment projects
• Associate's degree or coursework in IT, business, or a related field
