LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with longtime trusted client in the Lafayette area seeking an IT Audit Manager. This is a newly created position due to growth, offering strong visibility and the opportunity to help build and enhance the internal audit function within a complex environment.
This role is ideal for someone with IT audit experience who enjoys working cross-functionally, supporting ERP initiatives, and driving risk and compliance efforts.
Responsibilities:
Identify areas for improvement and implement remediation plans
Drive process improvements and efficiencies
Support ERP implementation efforts from an audit/control perspective
Partner with cross-functional teams on control and risk initiatives
Support execution of SOX program and internal audit activities
Monitor corrective actions and ensure compliance
Maintain audit documentation and testing processes
Coordinate internal and external audit activities
Partner on enterprise risk assessment and audit planning
Support reporting and present findings to leadership
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
7+ years of experience in IT audit
Strong knowledge of SOX and risk frameworks
ERP experience required (SAP preferred)
CPA, CIA, or CISA preferred

Pay Details: $120,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year
