Akkodis is seeking an IT Auditor for a Contract with a client in San Antonio, TX/Findlay, OH. The ideal candidate will perform audit planning, testing, and reporting to identify control gaps and recommend process improvements.

Rate Range: $43/hour to $68/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Texas: 43/hr to 68/hr

Ohio: 43/hr to 67/hr

IT Auditor Job Responsibilities include:

• Conduct risk-based IT audits independently to evaluate the effectiveness of IT controls, governance, and risk management processes.

• Assess cybersecurity, information security, and IT General Controls (ITGCs) to identify control gaps and potential risks.

• Perform audit planning, testing, documentation, and reporting while ensuring compliance with established audit standards.

• Review technology environments, including cloud, AI, and Operational Technology (OT) systems, for risk and compliance considerations.

• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to communicate audit findings and recommend process improvements.

• Present audit results to management and support follow-up activities to validate remediation of identified issues.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.

• 3+ years of hands-on IT Audit experience, including independent execution of risk-based audits.

• Strong knowledge of IT controls, ITGCs, risk assessment methodologies, and audit documentation/reporting.

• Experience evaluating cybersecurity, cloud, AI, and/or Operational Technology (OT) environments; CISA, CIA, or CISSP certification preferred.

Pay Details: $43.00 to $68.00 per hour
