Purpose and Impact:
The IT BI Programmer Analyst is responsible for the design, development, implementation, and support of business intelligence (BI), reporting, analytics, and data integration solutions that support organizational operations and strategic decision-making. This position performs advanced analytical and technical work involving systems analysis, application development, database programming, reporting architecture, and data modeling within a Microsoft-centric technology environment. The position exercises independent judgment and discretion in evaluating business needs, developing technical solutions, determining appropriate system design, and resolving complex data and reporting issues. The IT BI Programmer Analyst partners with business and technical stakeholders to translate operational requirements into scalable reporting and analytics solutions while ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational standards.
