Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze processes and gather requirements.
- Implement innovative solutions that drive operational efficiency.
- Define and document business requirements in an agile environment.
- Create user stories and facilitate workshops for successful solutions delivery.
- Partner with Manufacturing Operations for new product introductions and process improvements.
- Support User Acceptance Testing and End User Training.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure requirements traceability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process improvement.
- Extensive experience in Agile methodologies and project management principles.
- Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting using Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and other project management tools.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills for leading workshops and stakeholder meetings.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Experience creating user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Proficiency in conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Preferences
- Experience in the Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience working in a GxP environment.
- Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
- Experience with software development or configuration tools.
