This role focuses on bridging the gap between business needs and IT solutions, specifically for a significant billing modernization program. You will be instrumental in translating complex business challenges into detailed technical requirements and functional specifications. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, guiding the development and implementation of system solutions for various business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project teams in delivering functional solutions.
• Analyze and document intricate business processes.
• Translate business needs into detailed requirements.
• Propose and negotiate IT solutions with stakeholders.
• Validate proposed solutions with business clients.
• Proven ability in requirements analysis and documentation.

Must Have Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or job-related discipline or equivalent experience
• 7 years job-related CC&B experience, or similar Oracle platform (such as C2M)
• Strong understanding of meter-to-cash processes. Experience within the utility industry is highly preferred for this position.
