Job Description:
The IT Business Analyst 3 will support the AI Technology Center of Excellence by serving as the primary point of contact for business intake, requirements analysis, prioritization, and roadmap coordination. The role requires strong collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, solution architects, and leadership to translate business needs into actionable technology solutions.
The analyst will evaluate business requests, perform cost/benefit analysis, align technology initiatives with organizational goals, and support governance processes through clear communication, documentation, and reporting.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Manage and prioritize incoming technology requests.
- Work with technical teams to define solutions and delivery plans.
- Maintain project roadmaps and track progress.
- Communicate updates, risks, and decisions to stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and status updates for leadership.
- Perform cost-benefit analysis for technology initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
- Strong requirement gathering and documentation skills.
- Experience working with business and technical teams.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with project tracking, prioritization, and reporting.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting AI, automation, or emerging technology initiatives.
- Experience in enterprise IT environments.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and backlog management tools.
- Experience working with product/program management teams.
- Experience supporting governance and technology portfolio management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred.
