How You Will Make an Impact
Lead requirements gathering through interviews, workshops, and documentation sessions
Translate business needs into clear and actionable functional specifications
Assess existing risk-related business processes and identify opportunities for strengthening or automation
Partner with development teams to guide solution delivery and ensure business alignment
Support all project lifecycle stages including testing, training, and deployment
Facilitate communication between risk teams and technology groups
Produce documentation, reports, and dashboards that support business decision-making

Are you an experienced Risk-Focused Business Analyst ready to make an impact?
You will need:
10+ years of Business Analyst experience within banking or financial services
Hands-on expertise in Credit Risk, Market Risk, or Enterprise Risk
Demonstrated experience supporting full project lifecycle initiatives
Strong background working within Agile project environments
Proficiency with tools such as Excel, Visio, JIRA, and documentation platforms
Ability to translate complex risk/business needs into technical requirements
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
