Role: IT Business Analyst (6–10 Years)
Location: Multiple (NJ/TX/NC)
Duration: 12-18 months Contract (Possible Extensions)
We are hiring an IT Business Analyst with deep expertise in gathering requirements, process mapping, and solution design for large-scale IT projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements.
• Create functional specifications, process flows, and use cases.
• Bridge the gap between business teams and technical teams.
• Support testing, UAT, and change management processes.
• Work in Agile Scrum environments.
Skills & Experience:
• 8–10 years as an IT Business Analyst in enterprise environments.
• Strong documentation and requirement elicitation skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in retail, banking, or enterprise IT projects preferred.
