Job Description:

Our direct client, located in Wadsworth, OH, is now looking to strengthen their team with an IT Business Analyst. The IT BA will work with the enterprise Project Manager to help lead the future of ERP and Ecommerce. This temporary (approx. 3-6 month contract) position offers an extraordinary chance to help drive a critical portion of our multi-year, multi-company ERP and Ecommerce platform implementation.

As a key member of this high-impact initiative, you'll:
  • Help track and drive all tasks for their ERP and Ecommerce solutions.
  • Problem-solve for crucial issues and work with the PM and project team to propose solutions.
  • Help track change requests and other expenses to ensure they stay within budget.
  • Keep Jira tickets, statuses, and assignments up to date, and maintain a strong understanding of what is in their pipeline, as well as who owes what by when.
  • Collaborate with resources from multiple subsidiary companies and 3rd party software integration vendors.
  • Own completion or closure of tasks and communication with project members.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively the status of all open tasks, all responsibilities, and any issues you are encountering without prompting or delay.
  • Develop and maintain a high-level understanding of project goals, and specific project deliverables.
  • Create UAT schedules and drive UAT with project stakeholders
  • Participates in planning, testing, training, and implementation of new systems, and integrations.
  • Occasionally run project meetings when the PM is unavailable.
  • Build strong relationships with project team members and be able to communicate openly and problem solve with them. Be honest, forthright, and show respect in interactions with all team members and project leadership.
  • Have a strong sense of solution architecture when faced with project roadblocks.
  • Analyze the needs and requirements of users and create documentation as needed - requirements, training docs, guides, etc.
