The IT Business Analyst, Core Enterprise Applications partners with Business Leaders, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and IT to translate enterprise strategy into scalable solutions within the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne ecosystem.
This role plays a critical part in driving clarity across complex, cross-functional ERP initiatives by leading discovery sessions, documenting end-to-end requirements, mapping business processes and data flows, and ensuring delivered solutions align with operational objectives, financial controls, and technical architecture. This is not a ticket-writing role. This position requires a systems thinker who operates at the intersection of business operations, enterprise systems, and technical architecture.

EXPERIENCE
We are looking for someone with a Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent experience, 3 to 5 years of Business Analysis experience, and 2+ years of hands-on experience supporting JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.

SALARY
Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $140,000 annually.
The salary range provided serves as a general guideline for potential compensation for this position. It reflects the base salary and does not account for other benefits or additional compensation opportunities that may apply. This role is also eligible for further compensation through an annual/sales bonus, in addition to the base salary.
At Trex, individual base salaries are determined based on various factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. We are committed to maintaining pay equity and consider the internal equity of our existing team members when finalizing compensation offers.
