Job Description
Key Responsibilities:- Lead requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders (7+ years experience)
- Develop system use cases, scenarios, and test plans (7+ years experience)
- Perform IT Business Systems Analysis (BSA) with BA responsibilities (7+ years)
- Create UML diagrams for requirements documentation (5+ years experience)
- Contribute to architecture and design discussions (3+ years experience)
- Document API requirements and specifications (1+ year experience)
- Utilize hands-on development experience (3+ years) to bridge technical gaps
- Apply financial/investment banking domain knowledge (3+ years experience)
Required Qualifications:- 8-10 years of total professional IT experience.
- Requirement elicitation and analysis
- Creating system use cases and test plans
- Business Systems Analysis (BSA/BA hybrid role.
- 5+ years UML diagramming (e.g., sequence, activity, class diagrams)
Software architecture/design fundamentals - Hands-on development experience (any language)
- Financial services/investment banking domain
- 1+ year API documentation experience
Preferred Skills:- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of financial systems (e.g., trading platforms, risk management)
- Familiarity with BPMN or other modeling standards
