Position Type:

- Hybrid - Located in greater Philadelphia area
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of business analyst experience
- 3 years of Salesforce or comparable CRM platform experience
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Experience with SDLC and agile frameworks
- Ability to translate business needs into specifications
- Strong process analysis and process mapping skills
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Experience with SQL
Preferences:
- Salesforce Business Analyst or Advanced Administrator certification
- Agile practice certification (CSM or AAC)
- Experience with Salesforce integrations
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Data Cloud, Agentforce
- Homebuilding or building products industry experience
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders
- Translate business needs into functional specifications
- Map current and future state business processes
- Partner with Salesforce administrators and developers
- Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation
- Analyze Salesforce data, reports, and dashboards
- Identify and resolve application issues
- Coordinate user acceptance testing and support QA efforts
- Support release management and change control
- Manage small project workstreams
- Serve as the primary liaison between Technology and business stakeholders
