JOB TITLE: IT Business Analyst
JOB TYPE: Contract
LOCATION: Horsham, PA — Hybrid for local candidates with three days onsite and two days working from home
START DATE: September/October 2026
SHIFT: Monday–Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm 
 
We are seeking an IT Business Analyst with strong JD Edwards EnterpriseOne experience to connect business needs with practical technology solutions. This role will focus on requirements definition, process improvement, system enhancements, testing support, and coordination across business and technical teams.
 
Responsibilities

• Gather, clarify, and document business and system requirements.
• Translate operational needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support JD Edwards EnterpriseOne enhancements, issue resolution, and process improvements.
• Map current and future workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Partner with developers, project managers, QA resources, and business stakeholders throughout delivery.
• Assist with solution design, development validation, testing, and deployment activities.
• Maintain project documentation, including decisions, risks, issues, and status updates.
• Coordinate assigned project tasks and support smaller initiatives as needed.

 
Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
• At least 3 years of Business Analyst experience supporting technology or enterprise system initiatives.
• At least 3 years of experience with SDLC practices, requirements gathering, and process mapping.
• Proven ability to convert business needs into clear functional and system requirements.
• Experience working in Agile environments with epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience supporting projects from initial discovery through testing and implementation.
• Experience collaborating with business users, developers, project managers, and QA teams.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
