Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned IT Business Analyst to join our dynamic team within Global Payments Technology. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in product management, Agile delivery, and payments technology and a proven ability to define product roadmaps, manage product backlogs, and align execution with strategy across business and technology.

Responsibilities:

• Own and evolve the business and technical product vision for Enterprise Payments.
• Define the payments product roadmap and manage the product backlog across tech debt, regulatory items, business enablement, and audit support.
• Advocate modern Agile solution delivery and end-to-end design and engineering practices.
• Collaborate with senior business managers, stakeholders, and global functional heads to establish and adopt evolving product development standards and processes.
• Lead cross-functional teams of technologists and business analysts focused on deliverable decomposition and design review.
• Document high-level designs and functional requirements using SAFe hierarchies including deliverables, epics, and stories.
• Ensure delivery execution aligns with product strategy from inception through clearing.
• Create an inclusive work environment and help remove organizational impediments and blockers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong product management and backlog ownership within payments or treasury products.
• Experience delivering solutions with APIs, Kafka, Mainframe, and relational databases.
• Proficiency documenting HLD and functional requirements using SAFe constructs.
• Experience managing real-time processing implementations in fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership in large organizations.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of operations processes supporting enterprise payment execution.
• Background improving critical software services and stability.
